Built to be your partner, not your competitor

Working with a ground partner only makes sense if two things are guaranteed: the work is delivered under your name, and your client stays your client. Both are fixed principles here, in writing. We are a German ground operator specialised in music groups, and our role in your tour is deliberately invisible: your group experiences your tour, your brand, your tour manager. What we add underneath is three decades of moving ensembles across Europe, a base in the region your routings pass through, and a working style built for operator schedules: fast, written, and honest about what is feasible.

The five commitments

• White-label delivery. We operate under your name. Documents and on-tour communication can be neutrally branded on request.
• Client protection, written. No direct sales to end clients who came to us through you. This goes into the framework agreement, not just into conversation.
• One contact per tour. A named person who knows your file, reachable during travel dates, on European time.
• 48-hour response. An RFP with defined basics gets a feasibility answer and price indication within two working days.
• Honest scope. We quote what we can deliver at our own standard, and we decline what we cannot. No silent subcontracting surprises.

From first contact to the road

• 1. Outline. You send the leg or tour outline through the RFP form or by email: group size, window, cities.
• 2. Feasibility and indication. Within 48 hours you know whether the leg works and roughly what it costs.
• 3. Detailed quote. Net rates per service block plus a transparent handling fee, in EUR, with clear validity and payment terms. You calculate your own sell price.
• 4. Contract. Per tour, or as a framework agreement with volume terms and planning priority in the summer window.
• 5. The road. Load plans, briefings, and day schedules are fixed before arrival. During the tour, one phone number.
