incoming.ensemble.tours is the B2B partner desk of Ensemble Tours, a German music-travel specialist run by Birgit Wagener and Ulf Zimmermann. Ulf trained with a regional tour operator and has spent more than 30 years in ground transport for music groups: planning it, negotiating it, and in the early years driving the coach himself. He has accompanied ensembles across Europe and on tours to the Americas, so he knows both sides of the transatlantic exchange: what an overseas group expects, and what a European road day really allows. That experience is the product here. Not a portal, not a booking engine: a small, senior team that treats your leg like its own tour.

What shapes how we work

• The road is the craft. Everything on a tour touches transport. We plan it first, not last.
• Music groups are different. Instruments, call times, and concert adrenaline change what a travel day is. We plan for the group that actually gets on the bus.
• Say it early. If a day plan will not work, you hear it at quote stage, not on tour.
• Small and senior. You talk to the people who plan and run the leg, not to a call centre.
